Our minds and senses are over stimulated and polluted, with too much technology, too many schedules, too many cars, bright lights and industrial noises…Let your senses soften and receive the wilderness, in beauty and tranquility, with daily yoga and mediation practice OUTSIDE in the fresh eucalyptus-laced air. For those who are tempted by something altogether more natural, peaceful, off-the-beaten-track.
Owls and deep starry skies, the smell of the forest, living close to the elements in simply but tastefully furnished yurt or bell tent.
Twice daily yoga sessions, wild river swimming, natural spring plunge pool right next to Big Mama Yurt.
Fabulous friendly musical hosts – happy to share music, merriment and deep philosophy, and providing delicious healthy vegetarian food, home grown where possible on organic small holding.
All food provided, but some of the meals will be prepared by us, the retreat participants, in the lush outdoors kitchen space, so we get a chance to offer our culinary skills and work with each other….Exploring Yoga in our inter relationships with other beings!
The retreat is Vegetarian and caters for Vegan, though Sunday is free style, eat out day. Pick-your-own herbs and salads, fresh, living spring water…wine, coffee, tea…. Time for purity and deep reflection, and time for merriment, sharing, playing.
